At Last

This is from a line drawing I did a few months ago. I then coloured it up in photoshop before adding clouds. It's about making the right decision before you start as it could be very time consuming otherwise.

American Gods - Illustration

As the title will suggest this is an illustration from Neil Gaiman's novel 'American Gods'. Its from a recurring dream Shadow has in which he is climbing a mountain of skulls to reach the Thunderbird in order to solve his problems in real life.

This is the latest picture I've completed. I want to create a hidden forest temple, so working from a few reference photos I laid out composition, then painted in greyscale before adding colour overlays. The work was done in photoshop. Hope you cats like.

you can clearly see the two parts of the sky, the grim, dark clouds and the clear blue being polluted by the factory's smoke.

The painting was completed late June 2010 an is acrylic on loose canvas.

'Tis about the corporate world and its much needed destruction. Depicting a distant future with mass housing in the form of apartments and a power plant getting destroyed by an advanced race.
